Modular Power Supply for Formula Student
Ščípa, Samuel ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical analysis and design of switching power supply with galvanic isolation. The implementation of the design is in the form of the power and control part of the modular power supply. The device parameters are suited for the needs and requirements of the development department of the electric student formula. Design configuration achieves a maximum output voltage of 1000 V and a current of 100 mA, which are user-adjustable.
Digitally Controlled Switching Power Supply
Krška, Vlastimil ; Zamazal,, Michal (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis is an introduction to switching mode power supplies, especially focused on digital control. It summarizes the basic topologies of switching mode power supplies, and discusses the fundamental issues of digital power supply control. It also summarizes basic informations about Piccolo microcontrolers, about experimental kit and about main parts of sample source code. Also is described here own implementation of the control law and the theory and implementation of maximum power point tracking. The conclusion of this thesis deals with implemantation a testing of the designed digitally controled switching power supply.
Unconventional Signals Oscillators
Hruboš, Zdeněk ; Galajda, Pavol (referee) ; Štork, Milan (referee) ; Petržela, Jiří (advisor)
Dizertační práce se zabývá elektronicky nastavitelnými oscilátory, studiem nelineárních vlastností spojených s použitými aktivními prvky a posouzením možnosti vzniku chaotického signálu v harmonických oscilátorech. Jednotlivé příklady vzniku podivných atraktorů jsou detailně diskutovány. V doktorské práci je dále prezentováno modelování reálných fyzikálních a biologických systémů vykazujících chaotické chování pomocí analogových elektronických obvodů a moderních aktivních prvků (OTA, MO-OTA, CCII ±, DVCC ±, atd.), včetně experimentálního ověření navržených struktur. Další část práce se zabývá možnostmi v oblasti analogově – digitální syntézy nelineárních dynamických systémů, studiem změny matematických modelů a odpovídajícím řešením.
Continuous and discrete time attitude control of a vehicle
Digitally controlled power supply
Stupka, Dominik ; Drexler, Petr (referee) ; Szabó, Zoltán (advisor)
This document describes design of the laboratory power supply with digital control. Power control consists from a control section which handles communication between the modules and the power section.Into the power section is integrated switching and linear regulator. The designed power supply contains two such modules. To control are used microcontrollers from Atmel. Source parameters are 2 x 30 V / 0 – 3 A. During the construction we have to emphasis on the accuracy of regulation the output values and the modularity of the solution.
Three-phase accumulator inverter
Mikulka, Martin ; Boušek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
The topic of this work is the design of a voltage converter and a 3-phase inverter. The final converter will be able to supply a 3-phase output voltage with a selectable waveform, but primarily a harmonic sinusoidal. The inverter will have an adjustable voltage (sinusoidal amplitude) in a certain range, as well as the possibility of a small correction of the output frequency and phase shift so that it is possible to generate, for example, a two-phase 120 grid or other, test course.
Model Train Controlled by Microcomputer
Látal, Tomáš ; Musil, Petr (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to verify whether and how it is possible to control a model railroad using Raspberry Pi. Another goal is to create a minimalistic model railroad control system using non-specialized equipment available to ordinary user, taking into account the possibility of controling this system using smartphones or tablets. The final result is the system implemented in C++ and Python~3 languages using Arduino Motor Shield R3 with H-bridge L298P.
Digitally controlled linear power supply
Mikulka, Martin ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design and realization of laboratory power supply with digital control. The power supply contains two separate galvanically isolated channels with output parameters in ranges of 0 - 24 V and 0 - 5 A. Output parameters are controllable independently via front panel or remote control. This power supply allows user to connect other channels meeting the condition of galvanic isolation and communication via the I2C interface. The content of this work is a theoretical analysis of the design of linear regulators, design with practical implementation and subsequent measurement.
Design of paraglider landing simulator
Wertheimer, Pavel ; Ripel, Tomáš (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
Practice of landing with paraglider is very inefficient since every flight requires lengthy preparation. Therefore paragliding schools look for a more efficient alternative how to train new pilots. A paraglider flying simulator, which is the subject of this Master`s Thesis, could be that alternative. The design of the simulator includes three parts: a mechanical part - a frame to hang a pilot, that is the same as in real paraglider; an electronic part - scanning of pilot`s control actions and control of force in breaks of a paraglider; and a software part - a design of firmware for a microcontroller. Within the Master`s thesis a function prototype has been made.
Digitally controlled electronic load
Bordovský, Tomáš ; Vochyán, Josef (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with analysis and exploration of design options, how to design and produce an electronic load. The paper discussed the possibilities of digital control. It also describes the principles of structural components and there was chosen one type variant which is designed to circuits and printed circuit boards. Moreover, the thesis also include technical drawings of mechanical parts. At the end of this paper, final soulution with measurements and parameters are presented.
